High speed roller door for automated storage – characteristics of excellence

This PVC fabric industrial rolling door is designed for a high number of automated opening and closing cycles. It can be fitted between the operating sections and the storage areas within a conveyor system.

Before its installation, the door undergoes a specific series of tests known as “stress tests”, during which a simulation of the working operations occurs. The tests aim at demonstrating the resistance against frequent automated opening and closing cycles without any interruption.

Fast-acting doors are powered by the electric motor, whose cables run within the frame. The door helps maintain energy efficiency with minimal air infiltration, whereas the opening speed enables exceptionally high cycle frequency. As far as the opening controls are concerned, the doors are provided with a start / stop push button or led flashing blinker, depending on the individual necessities.
