GIESSE’s connecting shelters are assembled between two doorways of buildings in front of each other, even at some distance, so connecting the two. The length of the shelter is covered by the supporting structure and cover sheet, whereas the remaining two ends are anchored to the wall of the building in correspondence to where the doorways are situated. These shelters offer total weatherproof protection creating a transit tunnel between the two buildings.
In the event of the need for vehicles to transit between the two buildings, the shelter can be slid back against the building as it is mounted on wheels. |
